Yoga Fundamentals Mini Workshop Series: Arm-Balancing

Learn the fundamental principles of a successful yoga arm-balancing practice. Understand the differences between a skill-based and strength-based practice and through this awareness identify key techniques to help build both confidence and proficiency in arm- balancing poses. This workshop is suited to all skill and strength levels including beginners, novices and intermediate practitioners looking to advance their yoga practice. It is also a great option for anyone looking to add a different dimension to their strength training. Though this workshop does not cover handstands, it is an excellent foundational workshop for those keen to progress towards a handstand practice which will be explored in a later workshop.
