Yoga Fundamentals Course 2020:

THIS COURSE IS STILL SCHEDULED TO RUN AS IT TAKES PLACE AFTER LOCKDOWN HOWEVER SHOULD CIRCUMSTANCES ALTER, THE COURSE WILL BE POSTPONED, OR POSSIBLY RESCHEDULED AS A LIVESTREAM EVENT. 

The Yoga Fundamentals 2020 workshops will be run as 2 + 2 + 1 workshops. It is recommended that beginners or those who have not engaged in any formal yoga training previously attend all 5 sessions. However students can now choose to attend the following blocks according to their past experience and to help fill any gaps in their practice. The blocks are divided into 3 themes: OUTSIDE IN (asana or physical practice) book here, BREATHING LIFE INTO YOUR POSTURES (pranayama or breathing techniques in yoga) and THE 8 LIMBS OF YOGA (an introduction to the history and philosophy of yoga).

YOGA FUNDAMENTALS: OUTSIDE IN FLYER

     Date: Saturday May 16 & 23 

     Time: 4 – 5:30 pm

     Venue: Taiji Studio, 40 St Benedicts St, Newton

     Cost: $150 includes 2 x workshops book here

2. Yoga Fundamentals: BREATHING LIFE INTO YOUR POSTURES

     Date: TBA but will take place on a Saturday 

     Time: 4 – 5:30 pm

     Venue: Taiji Studio, 40 St Benedicts St, Newton

     Cost: $150 includes 2 x workshops ( those who have attended previous workshops        
                register at the discounted cost of $125

3. Yoga Fundamentals: THE 8 LIMBS OF YOGA

     Date: TBA but will take place on a Saturday 

     Time: 4 – 5:30 pm

     Venue: Taiji Studio, 40 St Benedicts St, Newton

     Cost: $75 x 1 workshop ( those who have attended previous workshops        
                register at the discounted cost of $65 )
